JIAYOUS FOR MATHS. HOOSH !

Through this project
we get to know to learn about past
by visiting those historical places
and also to found some unknown places
that also contains a lot of past history in it.
We are also able to learn
about different races' traditional costumes
and the past behind the clothing's,
like how to wear and
what colour is only allowed for the clothing.
We also get to interact with the shopkeepers
who will actually help us with
our project.

During usage of computer,
we will face to some problems like
template couldn't change,
or blogger having problems.
Fortunately enough,
we had some helpers
who managed to solve things for us.
And during the process of making the PowerPoint,
we made full use of what the teacher taught us like,
how to make the graphs;
how to make the equations.

And finally talking about what we learnt,
we learnt about different races
customs, traditional and also
about the history about it.
We learnt that multi-races means a lot
in Singapore to ensure a peaceful living,
and most importantly is that
getting to know each other races is important
as it means respect for each other races.

The whole project taught us a lot of things
and most importantly,
we enjoyed the whole process when doing the project.
Some of us were troubled when doing the project,
but still we managed to focus our heart
in the project, which is very good.
Some of us also quarrelled before about
who were supposed to do what,
and in the end every things were solved nicely.
We experienced a lot while doing the project
and when we did finished,
we had a feeling of accomplishment and
we were so happy about it.

On 10Th March 2007;

The whole group went out to 4 different places.

First place we went was Little India,
window shopping at few clothing shops
and asked questions about different costumes traditions,
and took a number of photos.

Then we went to Chinatown by MRT
and had lunch before we continue.
We Walked around the malls and streets
and looked for clothing shops.
But due to their personal reasons,
we weren't allow to take photos
except a few.

Then we proceed to Kampong Glum.
But we had a hard time looking for it,
cause we don't have a specify location of it.
Called up our parent and asked them,
took MRT to Lavender
and asked the people around,
for the directions.
According to their directions,
and we finally found our way there.
Walked around and took photos
and we also asked the shop owners about
their traditional clothing customs.

After that, we went to Arab street
as it was near,
we decided to walk there.
When we reached,
we took pictures
as what we did at the previous places.

we took taxi to one of our member's house
and started planning,
including doing our PowerPoint.

On 17Th March 2007;

We realised our results wasn't
accurate enough,
and lack of some information.
Hence we met up,
and discussed to go
to Geylang Seri .

Unfortunately, we went there
early in the morning,
so there wasn't many shops open.
But we still managed to find
some of our lacked information.

Then we went to one of our member's house again.
Took down our results
and went to edit our power point,
Suddenly, one of us suggested
to include western costumes.

Everyone agreed and
went to find western clothing in my
friend's closet.
Found some clothing
and took some pictures of it.
Finally,
we are done with our power point
and everyone went back home.

On 9Th June 2007;

went to one of our member's house
to touch up on our power point
and started with blog spot.
We looked for skins
and finally chosen one that
match with our theme.
Uploaded it.

Realised that
it had some template problems.
So,we asked one of our friends about it,
as he is an expert in it,
he managed to fix it.

Finally the skin is uploaded
and we continue with our editing.
We added videos of our trips,
added tag board for people to leave a message
and also a song that made everyone laughed.
